Founded in 1946, the Television Academy is dedicated to honoring excellence in television while promoting creativity, diversity and empowering storytellers through recognition, education and leadership.
The Television Academy is comprised of over 26,000 industry professionals across 31 Peer Groups representing numerous fields of expertise including writers, directors, producers, performers, and below-the-line artisans. The possibilities for television and our industry are unlimited!

Applications are accepted year-round. Application processing time is 4-6 weeks. 2024 Emmy Nominee applications will be expedited!
