Phil Savenick was a Emmy-nominated producer and writer who worked on numerous television shows, specials, videos and movies. He produced and wrote episodes of That's Hollywood, M*A*S*H and The Magical World of Disney. Savenick produced television specials including Donald Duck's 50th Birthday, Comic Relief V, Funny Women of Television and Monty Python's Flying Circus: Live at Aspen. He produced many awards shows including The 41st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, The 53rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, The 32nd Annual Grammy Awards, The 68th Annual Academy Awards and The 5th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Savenick served as a writer on many Disney Sing-Along Song videos including Heigh-Ho, Under the Sea, Be Our Guest, Friend Like Me, Circle of Life, You Can Fly! and From Hercules. He also worked as a writer for television movies including "100 Years of the Hollywood Western," "50 Years of Television: A Golden Celebration," "DTV Monster Hits" and "Rick Nelson: A Brothers Remembers."
