She will star alongside Mel Gibson and Colin Woodell and it is set to release on the platform on September 22.

In film, she was most recently featured in the documentary BODY PARTS, an examination of how the nude female body is hypersexualized, under attack, and exploited on and off screen in Hollywood, and in Roadside Attraction's moving family drama GIGI & NATE as Carolyn Alibon. She previously starred alongside Xosha Roquemore in the holiday film LET'S GET MARRIED for VH1, executive produced by Eva Longoria and directed by Veronica Rodriguez.

Prada is best known for her performance in Tanya Saracho's critically acclaimed series Vida on Starz. The three seasons of the show followed two Mexican American sisters in East Los Angeles, Emma (Prada) and Lyn, who struggle with their differences and the shocking truths about their family's history. This innovative show paved the way for inclusion of queer and Latinx characters with its dramatic storytelling, and quickly established itself as a cornerstone for representation in the industry in its modern-day portrayal of the real world. On behalf of her performance, Prada received much critical and cultural acclaim; she won a Women's Image Award in 2020, a NALIP Outstanding Achievement in Television Award in 2019, an Outstanding Actress in a Network Series, Drama award for The Official Latino Film Festival presented by HBO in 2020, and an Outstanding Lead Actor Portraying an LGBTQ+ Character in a Comedy in 2019 and 2020 by Autostraddle. She was also nominated for Imagine Foundation Awards in 2020 and 2021.

On the small screen, Prada can previously be seen in The CW's hit series Riverdale alongside Camila Mendes, K.J. Apa, and Lili Reinhart playing Hermosa Lodge, Veronica Lodge's (Mendes) recently discovered half-sister. Hermosa joined the story as a mysterious and powerful force that puts Veronica and the rest of the town on edge. Prior to this, Prada starred in AMC's 16-part limited series Fear the Walking Dead: Passage alongside Kelsey Scott. Directed by Andrew Bernstein, the series followed a fearsome survivor named Sierra, who agrees to help an injured Gabi (Prada) in exchange for an apocalyptic sanctuary. In 2017, the show won the Short Form New Media – Adapted award from the Writers Guild of America and was additionally nominated for an Emmy Award in the Outstanding Short Form Series category.

Prada's other credits include indie film TELL ME HOW I DIE where she stars alongside Nathan Cress, Virginia Gardner and Kirby Bliss Blanton. She also starred in BACHELOR LIONS, THE TWO DOGS, and THERE IS A NEW WORLD SOMEWHERE.

Passionate about many socially progressive philanthropic causes, Prada spoke at the 2020 Los Angeles Women's March where she was presented with a Cultural Impact Award, and also spoke at the Los Angeles Families Belong Together – Freedom for Immigrants March in 2018. In September of 2022, she went to Puerto Rico to learn and see the impact of climate change related to fossil fuels and natural disasters on behalf of OXFAM, a global organization that fights inequality to end poverty and injustice.

Prada is from Miami and of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent; she currently resides in Los Angeles.
