Kenneth R. Dufva was a Foley artist.
He began work as a projectionist, and was later tapped to take on the job of Foley artist.
He created sounds for films including Raging Bull, Speed, Robocop, The Hunt For Red October, Black Rain, Red Dawn, and Being There, among others.
In television, Dufva worked on such shows as the Star Trek franchise, Little House on the Prairie, CHiPs, Fame, Charmed, and Highway to Heaven.
He taught classes and gave instruction at numerous Southern California colleges and universities, including Chapman University, UCLA, USC, Pepperdine, and Loyola Marymount.
