Janice McGoff
Janice McGoff was a network executive who spent three decades of her career at ABC. During her time with the company as vice president of talent relations, she worked with agents, performers, managers and publicists.
Prior to working in entertainment publicity, she worked for Max Factor and A&M Records, before landing in the human resources department at ABC in the late 1970s.
McGoff was promoted to ABC West Coast manager, and was later named director of talent relations, before her final promotion to vice president of talent relations. After the 1995 merger of ABC and the Walt Disney Co., she also oversaw talent involved with the Disney Channel, Family Channel and ESPN.
McGoff died September 9, 2017, in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She was 68.
