James O'Keefe was an American television producer and director.
The son of Hollywood actors Dennis O'Keefe and Steffi Duna, he started out as an executive assistant on Garry Marshall's television show Happy Days in 1977 before becoming an associate producer on Mork & Mindy (1978).
O'Keefe went on to produce Goodtime Girls, The New Odd Couple, and The Good News, and is perhaps best remembered for producing television shows that were part of the T.G.I.F. line-up: Family Matters, Perfect Strangers, and Full House.
