Jacqueline Scott was an American actress.

She is perhaps best known for her work on Steven Spielberg's Duel (1971), for her role opposite Walter Matthau in Charley Varrick (1973), and for playing Kira on the television series Planet of the Apes.

Her career was kick started in television with small parts in Omnibus and The Loretta Young Show, leading to multiple roles on several series including The Fugitive, The Bold and the Beautiful, Barnaby Jones, The F.B.I, Gunsmoke, Laramie, Judd for the Defense, Lassie, Have Gun – Will Travel, U.S. Marshal, Perry Mason, and Bat Masterson.

Making her motion picture debut in William Castle's Macabre (1958), Scott appeared on the big screen in House of Woman (1962), FireCreek (1968), Telefon (1977), Empire of the Ants (1977), Jinxed! (1982), and Sugar Boxx (2009).

Scott died July 23, 2020, in Los Angeles, California. She was 89.
