Brooke McCarter
Brooke McCarter was an actor best known for his role in the film The Lost Boys. The comedy-horror film starred Jason Patric, Corey Haim and Kiefer Sutherland, and followed the story of two brothers who move to a new town, which they later discover is occupied by vampires. McCarter played Paul, one of the vampires, in the 1987 cult classic.
He also had parts in the films Thrashin,’ starring Josh Brolin; the John Belushi biopic Wired, starring Michael Chiklis; and his own starring role in the movie The Uh-oh Show, which was written and directed by comedy-horror helmer Herschell Gordon Lewis.
Additionally, McCarter appeared in a 1987 episode of The Twilight Zone, in the segment “Joy Ride.” The story followed two couples who take a joy ride in a stolen car, only to be disrupted by the car’s deceased owner.
