Social Buzz: Top TV Series - January 25 - 31, 2015

Alternatives to that big sports event.

If you weren’t in the middle of #SB49 madness, you were probably watching the Bravermans’ very last baseball game, Pastor Tom’s killer being captured, or King Richard and Galavant bonding over drinks and...murder? For this week’s Social Buzz, we focused in on the four finales of Galavant, Resurrection, The Biggest Loser, and Parenthood, and the premiere of The Americans.

We wanted to know if fans were talking about the following:

  • A hero’s quest to restore his “happily ever after” and win back his one true love in Galavant
  • The not-so-clear line between life and death on Resurrection’s finale
  • Philip and Elizabeth Jennings’ struggle to maintain a normal family life while working as KGB spies in the premiere of The Americans
  • The fierce competition to be crowned healthiest on the finale of The Biggest Loser
  • The Bravermans’ latest joys and heartaches on the series finale of Parenthood

The Social Totals

The heartwarming stories of the characters on Parenthood kept fans talking on social, as the show held a clear majority of 75.6% market share.
