Seating is subject to availability; first come, first served. Admittance is not guaranteed. Only Television Academy Active Members and their guests will be admitted. Members must present photo identification, and valid membership card when required, upon check-in.

This event will have a stand-by line.

Parking Instructions:

Please note only CONFIRMED GUESTS will be able to park onsite. Onsite parking is extremely limited and will be based on a first come first served basis. We strongly encourage using rideshare and are pleased to offer a LYFT voucher (YJFYC2022) for the event (click here for detailed instructions on how to redeem the LYFT voucher). Both rideshare and self-parking guests will be permitted to enter through the main gates of the Hollywood Forever Cemetery (6000 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038). When entering please make sure to have your event confirmation and proof of vaccination ready to show security.

Arrival Instructions:

Whether you are self-driving, ride-sharing or entering on foot, all arrivals will check-in immediately upon entering the main gate

Pre-Check: Please have your event confirmation ready to show security at the main gate upon arrival
Covid Check: Proof of vaccination digital or physical required
Check-In: Valid government ID Required
Parking is first come first served. Once you are parked the main event will be on the cemetery lawn. Concessions and seating will be provided upon entrance at the lawn.

Seating:

We will offer picnic style seating for all guests. We would not recommend bringing personal chairs/blankets as seating will be provided for the event. Please be advised you will be seated on the ground, so comfortable attire is encouraged.

Suggested Attire:

Reminder, the event is outdoors - we strongly encourage weather appropriate attire for picnic style seating and comfortable walking shoes for uneven ground. Additionally, the weather tends to drop at night so please plan accordingly.

Please note - only guests with a valid event confirmation will be permitted to enter through the main gates of The Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

All standby guests are invited to use the Paramount Pictures - Transportation and Lemon Grove Garage located at:

5675 Lemon Grove Ave., Los Angeles CA 90038

and wait in line directly across the street. Signage will direct you to the standby line entrance on Lemon Grove Ave.

Can't watch the event live? No problem! Watch the event on the Television Academy Viewing Platform the next day.

COVID PROTOCOLS

Proof of vaccination will be required for event entry. Hard or digital copies of vaccination are permitted. Must have received final shot at least 2 weeks prior to event date.

If you or anyone within your group feels sick or has experienced COVID-19 symptoms, we ask you please stay home to ensure the health and safety of other attendees and staff.
