The Visual Effects Process Behind Big Budget Television
Join the Emmy-nominated Visual Effects Supervisor and 2nd Unit Director Chris MacLean for a virtual presentation to discuss workflows on visual effects-heavy projects. Special focus paid to the VFX work behind Apple TV's Foundation series, winner of multiple Visual Effects Society Awards.
During this presentation, we will explore VFX as a creative tool for directors, interdepartmental relations, prepping and previs, VFX in production, VFX in post and all of the glue in between. We will dive into some of the more challenging scenarios a production can face and how visual effects can be used in those situations. We will also look at how to make the most of your visual effects and how to avoid surprises.
