Robert Blanche was an American actor.

Having appeared in over 70 television shows and films, Blanche was perhaps best known for his recurring roles as Lieutenant Bonanno in Leverage, and as Sergeant Franco in Grimm.

He also guest starred in the popular series Ally McBeal, Boston Public, Medium, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, NCIS, ER, Monk, Ghost Whisperer, Without a Trace, Rizzoli & Isles, Z Nation, and Portlandia.

Blanche also wrote, produced, and directed his own short films, as well as served in Portland, Oregon as the SAG-AFTRA president from 2017-2019.

Blanche died January 3, 2020, in Seattle, Washington. He was 57.
