In the cult-favorite, Hayes plays Dr. Lola Pratt opposite a comedy troupe of veteran actors including Rob Corddry, Megan Mullally, Ken Marino & Lake Bell. She also starred on the NBC comedy series Guys With Kids executive produced by Jimmy Fallon.

Since then, Hayes has established herself as a go-to comedic actress and is turning her talents toward writing with her feature film debut script Many Happy Returns which tells the story of a woman whom must come to terms with the ailing health of her estranged father and navigating the trials of raising her pre-teen daughter in the face of an unstable home life and shifting dreams.
