2:00 p.m. Parking Lot opens
2:00 p.m. Credential Office opens at JW Marriott
2:30 p.m. Media Center opens for set-up and seating
4:30 p.m. Must be seated in the Media Center
5:00 p.m. Show begins
5:15 p.m. First winners arrive in the Media Center (approx.)
7:15 p.m. Show ends (approx.)
8:00 p.m. Media Center closes
